Priya is a great instructor for breathworks classes. She is very organized and runs the sessions in an orderly way. She starts her classes by giving us a background of breathwork, why its important and also how practical tips on how to incorporate into daily life. She also makes an effort to customize/tailor her classes based on the participants needs.

I have loved doing these weekly breathwork classes with Priya. They help release all the tension of the week, given tools for me to be able to practice at home, and the sound healing at the end of the session is an added bonus to help completely relax. I also did a 2 hr private session with Priya to release some past difficult situations that talk therapy just couldn't shift. It was a very safe space for me to work through my stuck emotions and I felt completely uplifted at the end and I felt the effects in the months to come of the huge release I had. I highly recommend these sessions with Priya.
