I’m Priya, a certified Trauma-Informed Breathwork Facilitator and I am here to help you unlock the transformative power of your breath.
Life comes with its fair share of challenges and for many years, I struggled with self-doubt, limiting beliefs, and feelings of unworthiness. Without the right tools or understanding, I carried unprocessed emotions and painful past experiences that shaped and affected how I navigated the world. It affected not only how I saw myself but also how I showed up for those around me.
As I moved through different phases of life—marriage, motherhood, and personal growth—I found myself searching for ways to manage stress and cultivate a sense of balance.
This journey led me to meditation and eventually to Breathwork, a practice that profoundly transformed my perspective, emotional well-being, and ability to navigate life’s challenges with greater resilience.
