A Transformational Breathwork Journey
Step into a safe and nurturing space for an evening of deep self-discovery and connection. Breathe In Bliss is a guided journey designed to help you pause from the busyness of everyday life and to turn inwards to remember your wholeness, to reconnect with the wisdom within and to experience the truth of your being beyond the noise of the mind.
From a Trauma-Informed approach and through the practice of Transformational Breathwork, we will create space to notice what the body and heart are holding. The breath becomes our guide, allowing us to meet these experiences with compassion and curiosity and gently opening the way for new possibilities.
